Waste Walk is a comprehensive tool designed for the observation and analysis of processes to identify waste. This application offers essential insights into the 12 types of waste, provides systematic guidelines for executing a Waste Walk, and allows users to document identified wastes through text and images in a standardized, customizable format that can be shared via the cloud. The app includes probing questions aimed at helping users DETECT wastes and offers strategies to ELIMINATE those wastes. Users can initially categorize wastes as Uncategorized Waste, with the flexibility to update them to specific waste classifications at any time.

The Dynamic Kanban Action Item Board enhances task management by organizing Action Items into four categories: To Do, In Progress, In Review, and Done. This setup enables Assignors to easily track progress using a simple drag-and-drop interface. Notifications are automatically sent via email to Assignees for all Action Items.

• To Do – Action Items created by Assignors remain in this category until the Assignees receive an email notification and confirm receipt via email or text. The Assignor then moves it to In Progress.
• In Progress – Assignees work on the Action Item and notify the Assignor upon completion, prompting the Assignor to move it to In Review.
• In Review – The Assignor verifies the completion of the Action Item, moving it to Done if satisfied, or providing feedback and reverting it back to In Progress as needed.
• Done – Once fully satisfied with the completion status, the Assignor finalizes the Action Item by moving it to Done.
